Meet the team
Dr Karina Anne Marsden
Dr Karina Marsden is the Marie-Sklodowska Curie research fellow on the Target-N2O project. Karina is bringing her expertise in the field on nitrogen cycling within ruminant urine patches to the project. She completed her PhD at Bangor University, investigating methods of measurement and mitigation of N2O emissions from sheep grazed grasslands. Following on from this Karina conducted post-doctoral research on the NERC-funded Uplands-N2O project investigating N2O emissions from extensively grazed grasslands in the uplands
